Reporting Concerns or Problems
If you have a concern, problem or complaint regarding your electricity supply, power lines on your property or if you have recently received a service or had dealings with WEL Networks, we would appreciate your feedback.

If you have an energy service or pricing complaint please contact your retailer.
Electricity and Gas Complaints Scheme
WEL Networks Ltd is a member of the Electricity and Gas Complaints Scheme. Once we have received a formal complaint we will investigate and endeavour to resolve the problem with you.
If we receive a complaint WEL will:
1) Acknowledge it within 7 days
2) Advise in writing where appropriate
3) Resolve your problem where possible within 20 working days.
If no acceptable solution is reached after 20 working days you will be advised and may decide to take this to the Electricity Complaints Commissioner. The commissioner can be contacted at:
