Notices in Relation to the Company's Asset Management Plan
REGULATION 24 of Part 5 - DISCLOSURE OF ASSET MANAGEMENT PLANS BY DISCLOSING ENTITIES (OTHER THAN TRANSPOWER)
- An Asset Management Plan ("AMP") has been prepared by WEL Networks Limited and approved by the WEL Networks LTD Board. The AMP is available for inspection at the offices of WEL Networks, 3rd floor, WEL House, 711 Victoria Street between the hours of 9am and 5pm, on usual working days excluding the period 23 December 2006 to 7 January 2007 (inclusive).
- The AMP applies for the 10 year planning period from 1 April 2007 until 31 March 2017.
- WEL's next AMP will be available by no later than 31 August 2008.
- The AMP contains the information specified in Schedule 2 of the Electricity (Information Disclosure) Requirements 2004 (consolidating all amendments to 1 April 2007).
