The Electricity Distribution Information Disclosure Amendments Determination 2017 requires us to provide a diagram that shows the relationship between WEL Networks and its related parties, the principal activities of the related party and the total annual expenditure incurred with the related parties.

In addition to this, we are required to provide a summary of our procurement policy which relates to transactions with related parties.
